UGC-NET July 2018 Results Declared-Subject Wise Results Below

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), who had conducted the University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) declared the UGC-NET 2018 result today evening at 5:00 pm.

A total of approximately 11.48 lakh students took the test across 91 cities while the exam was conducted in 84 different subjects. There were 2082 examination centres across the country and a total number of 2864 observers and 675 Board’s officials were deputed on these centres to oversee the conduct of the examination.

NTA will conduct UGC-NET

It is said that from next year onwards, the UGC-NET exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Earlier, the CBSE used to declare the result after three to four months of conducting the exam but this time it broke all records and declared the results even before the completion of a month. Well, this time the cut-off age of candidates applying for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post has been revised to 30 years from 28 years.
