Jammu and Kashmir education minister, Syed Altaf Bukhari released an order on April 22 to close all private coaching centres in Kashmir for 90 days.
The decision follows the minister’s warning to students to join classes or face closure of educational institutes after they protested seeking justice for Kathua rape case.
