This Contact Lens Can Emit Laser from Eyes

Scientists from the University of St Andrews, Scotland have made an ultra thin, flexible film emitting laser light and successfully tested it on a contact lens, opening the possibility of laser eye-beams. No, this will not lead to any mass destruction caused by someone’s eyes. In fact, this film emitting laser light is not even close to being as powerful as causing any damage. Rather, it can be used as wearable security tags or types of laser bar-code.
