People opting to learn on their mobile phones has increased by 105 per cent in India since last year as compared to 59 per cent globally as per a report by Udemy. The report added that the top 10 emerging tech skills in India 2020 will be Pegasystems Certification, AWS Certified Big Data, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Java Development Kit, NestJS, Android Jetpack. Other tech skills that will remain in demand this year will be SwiftUI (Apple Apps), MicroPython, VMware Certified Professional and ESP32 (Internet of Things).

The report added that the top 10 skills that grew in popularity 2016-2019 in India include IT security, IP Addressing, OrientDB (Graph Database), WCF (Windows Framework), Twitter Marketing, SAP GRC and XML, Mobile App Business, Flux (Web Development) and Eclipse IDE.
